Let It Be Raw Song

My friend Eric has a band called Straight Lines for States. I've always been a huge fan and supporter of his music and we have even made music together in the past (Pastel Pasta ridiculousness and a song now forever lost, in which we pretended to be a couple fighting in a restaurant).

He has been there for me since the beginning of my photographic career, willing to pose and be patient while I over checked lighting and had a camera awkwardly close to his face:

He is a great friend and talented musician. Over last weekend, he wrote a song about Let It Be Raw, which describes in music and verse what Let It Be Raw is about to him with a little history of my photography in it (such as places and formats). I'm not very good at explaining it, but you should listen to it to understand more:

p.s. I'm doing a give away at Little Somethings by Little Lo Hood. Click here to check it out!

How cool is that? Great song! I loved too, that I got to see some more of your work in the slideshow. I cannot wait to sit down one day soon and go through your project that you have been working on. Until then, cheers!

Wow! I'd feel so honoured if someone wrote a song for me! But I haven't got any musically gifted friends :P His voice and style remind me a bit of Liam Finn (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVpfGQ3TvPA)
I liked the bit about "awkward poses" ^_^

What an amazing compliment for him to make a song all for you and your talents. Sounds like you have an amazing, and very talented, friend on your hands. I call that a keeper! :)

This is cool... I liked seeing a lot of photos of yours in that video that I've never seen before. And I wasn't sure how one could make lyrics about photography but it actually worked out really well !
